Case 01
From listening to acting
Customer-interaction quality, risk and frontline decision-making.
Opportunity
Retrospective quality checks could identify a poor interaction after the opportunity to help the customer had passed. The opportunity was to bring relevant signals closer to the conversation itself.
What We Changed
Introduced voice-based interaction intelligence to detect potential profanity, non-compliance and rudeness, and flag conversations close to real time. This created a route for another colleague to review the situation and take over where needed.
Value Created
Potential issues could be brought to attention while a conversation was still in progress, supporting earlier human intervention. The evidence here is the response capability; no quantified reduction in incidents or improvement in customer retention is claimed.
What This Demonstrated
AI becomes strategically useful when intelligence is connected to authority and action. The operating-model change is the response loop around the customer, as much as the analysis itself.
